March report for main Lake Fishing has been good. we are fishing up in the river catching some nice redfish up on Bessie Heights Flats and then the ditches on the points in the drops.

We’re all done Fishing the ICW, which is holding nice speckled trout and redfish. We have been catching them on live shrimp with popping corks, and catching redfish that are good slot fish.

When we can get too the south side of Sabine Lake (Louisiana) we are catching some real good redfish, with some speckled trout mixed in. We are catching them on 5 inch plastics morning glory chartreuse, and red shad. The best with 1/16 jig heads and also catching them suspended Fishing.

The points in the drops in the Bayou are also productive, we use live shrimp with poppy car, catching great numbers of redfish sheephead and drum.

Sabine jet is holding nice, beautiful redfish and we’re catching sheephead and drum limits when we can get out. When the wind lays down we are also catching some very nice speckled trout on the north Levee wall on the Texas side. We fish the early morning bite with top water and then suspended baits and also last reaper with popping car off the rocks.

We are expecting to have a good month Fishing in March, also remember that we have three boats working full-time and with spring break coming up and booking up fast so please get your trip on the books!

thank you very much ….

Good Fishing
