Fishing has been great, catching Redfish and Speckled Trout. The Fish have moved up into the marshes, also winter season was a great success, we had quite a few flounder coming after Louisiana shoreline Flounder. Will be coming back in mid February.

I’ll be running trips for Flounder and Speckled Trout in the main lake. It has been fair to good making a long race over shell page using a few eggs and plastics, retrieve it very slowly. We have also been catching night Redfish along the banks with Live Shrimp around Savannah St., Port, and up in the marsh. We have also been catching Sheepshead and Drum on Carolina rig with lab and dab for real very good mix boxes of fish.

Fishing off the intercoastal waterway is producing good Trout and Redfish action through the fall of the year. I have Moved into the River catching Redfish on popping corks and Live shrimp to finish up bites on points that drop 2 feet to 8 feet and getting beautiful limits of Redfish.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all
